The way dental practices change hands hasn't changed in decades.

One marketplace.
Every dental transition.

Buying or selling a dental practice is one of the most important financial decisions a dentist will ever make. Yet the process still relies on scattered listings, disconnected documents, and endless email chains.

Dental Acquisitions brings buyers, sellers, brokers, and trusted professionals together in one marketplace, making the people, opportunities, and information around a transition easier to find and easier to manage.

Why this exists

The largest transaction of a dentist's career
still runs on email.

A dental practice transition touches sellers, buyers, brokers, lenders, attorneys, CPAs, and real estate professionals. Each person has an important role. Each person has valuable information.

But without a central marketplace, everyone is forced to coordinate through disconnected conversations, documents, and systems.

Nobody in this industry is doing it wrong.
The infrastructure was never built.

The marketplace

Every participant.
Connected in one marketplace.

Dental Acquisitions brings every participant in a dental transition together in one trusted marketplace.

  • Sellers gain visibility.
  • Buyers discover opportunities.
  • Brokers grow relationships.
  • Everyone works from the same marketplace.

A dental transition often requires more than a buyer and a seller. Dental Acquisitions makes the professionals involved easier to discover when a transaction needs them.

For Professionals

How it works

Find. Qualify.
Close.

Every dental transition moves through the same three stages. The Marketplace supports discovery and connection. The Deal Room supports the active transaction.

  1. Find

    Visible on the seller's terms.

The Marketplace gives an opportunity a place to become discoverable while the people involved control what becomes visible and when.

  2. Qualify

Move from interest to a real conversation.

When an opportunity fits, the people involved can find one another around it before an active transaction begins.

  3. Close

Give the active deal one place to live.

When interest becomes a transaction, the Deal Room gives the buyer, seller, broker, and professionals involved one place to work around the same deal.

Market intelligence

A broader marketplace creates a broader view of the market.

No single participant sees the whole market.

Dental practice opportunities are scattered across broker websites, private networks, individual relationships, and local markets. Bringing more of those opportunities into one marketplace can make patterns easier to see and decisions easier to inform.

Inside the marketplace

Every practice is different.
The way buyers see it shouldn't be.

Dental Acquisitions is designed to give practice opportunities a consistent marketplace presentation. When a broker is representing the practice, that representation remains part of the opportunity context.

Different opportunities. A consistent place to begin.

4 real listings on the marketplace right now, one per specialty. Each stays masked until a buyer qualifies.

One marketplace view

Different practices can be presented through one consistent marketplace structure while the people around the transaction remain part of the context.

How Dental Acquisitions makes money

The economics should be clear
before the transaction begins.

For brokers, the terms are established before participation.

Listing and participating are free for brokers. A fee applies when a transaction closes. The exact terms are stated in the broker agreement before you participate, not in a marketing promise about what pricing will always be.

That keeps the economics clear without pretending the model can never evolve as the marketplace grows.

Marketplace role

The marketplace connects the participants.
It does not replace the professional roles around the transaction.

What becomes visible in the marketplace is not determined by who pays.

The questions worth asking

Before you begin,
know how it works.

Straight answers, including where the answer has limits.

What is Dental Acquisitions, exactly?
Dental Acquisitions is a marketplace for dental practice transitions. It brings practice opportunities, buyers, sellers, brokers, and transaction professionals into one place while keeping the professional roles around the transaction intact. It is not a brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers.
Does Dental Acquisitions replace the broker?
No. Brokers continue to bring the relationships, judgment, and representation their clients rely on. The marketplace expands what can become discoverable around that work without becoming the broker.
What does it cost brokers to participate?
Listing and participating are free for brokers. A fee applies when a transaction closes. The applicable terms are stated in the broker agreement before participation.
Does payment change what becomes visible?
No. Payment does not determine what appears in the marketplace or who can be discovered. There is no purchased position and no purchased visibility.
Can the terms change as Dental Acquisitions grows?
Yes. The credible promise is not that terms can never change. It is that the governing terms should be written down, visible before you participate, and changed openly rather than by surprise. A marketplace only works while the people inside it believe participation remains worth it.
Will my practice identity be visible publicly?
No. Listings render as "General Practice in Scottsdale, AZ" (city, type, and key metrics) until a qualified buyer signs an NDA. You control who sees your identity, your staff, and your address.
Do I need a broker to list?
No. You can list directly, or invite your existing broker to co-manage the listing inside your workspace. Either way, the deal room, diligence, and documents live in one place.
What does diligence actually include?
Financials (P&L, production reports, AR aging), real estate (lease or deed terms, CAM), operations (op count, hygiene ratio, production per op), payer mix, and staff structure. Legal, tax, and real estate partners can be invited into the deal room.
Is Dental Acquisitions available outside the U.S.?
Currently U.S. only (all 50 states). Canadian support is in private beta. Ask us and we'll tell you when it opens.

Some questions belong to the marketplace. Others belong to the people around the transaction.
