How is the 1.5% broker fee calculated?
It's 1.5% of the final sale price, paid by the listing broker from their own commission at close. If a deal doesn't close, we aren't owed anything.
What if I already have a broker?
Invite them into your workspace. They get a branded portal, you get full visibility. If they aren't on the platform yet, we'll onboard them, no change in their commission.
Is there a minimum listing size?
No floor. We have active listings from $280k single-op startups to $38M multi-location roll-ups.
Any optional add-ons?
Brokers can opt into visibility packages (featured placement, buyer newsletter inclusion). All prices shown up front. Sellers are never charged.
Do you handle escrow or closing funds?
No. Closing funds flow through your attorney or title company. We integrate with the major dental-specialized escrow partners for a frictionless handoff.
What do DSOs pay?
DSO workspaces start at $1,200/mo and scale with seats, API volume, and integrations. Contact us for a quote.
